Hello and welcome to my home, my passion, my story.

I am a Domestic Violence Survivor Mentor, Author of My Life on Eggshells and Speaker. After 10 years of my own domestic violence experience, falling to the depths beyond belief, loosing my house, career and self worth, I rose above the despair to truly discover myself and my freedom. Following this discovery, I felt inspired to share this and help other survivors of domestic violence, abuse, trauma and narcissism. This led me to the creation of The Freedom Mentor, where I facilitate healing and empowerment programs to clients all over the world. My clients have had life changing shifts and breakthroughs while feeling more connected with themselves than ever before. Through many platforms, I also educate and raise awareness about domestic violence, inspire and provide empowerment and mindset tips.

Healing is never ending. I am continuously investing in my own growth as I study different areas where I can develop and then pass this onto my clients. I have co-hosted global webinars, appeared on radio & podcast interviews, as well as keynote talks around Australia, America and Singapore. My commitment to this space is evident as I'm appointed as:

I also volunteer and attend the residential Vipassana at Clare Valley, South Australia. 

I have been told constantly (especially by my family and close friends) that my growth and depth is evident. This is shown by my authenticity, personable, happy and calm nature. I have dedicated my life to connect with and help other survivors, to expedite their healing journey. I balance my days with a deep connection to yoga, meditation, journaling and reading, along with my amazing partner who together we have 4 children, 2 fridges with a healthy addiction to coffee and juice cleanses!
